Erin Shea Brady

Erin is the founder of No Stakes Theater Project and recently directed a staged reading of Sharr White's ANNAPURNA for the 2016 WINGSPAN series. In 2015, she directed No Stakes first production, Jim Cartwright's THE RISE AND FALL OF LITTLE VOICE at Theater Wit. In Summer 2014, completed a casting internship at Steppenwolf Theater Company. Erin graduated from the directing program at Columbia College Chicago in 2013. There, she directed ALL MY SONS (Arthur Miller), KILLERS (John Olive) and STATURE OF GOD (Ian Michael James). She assistant directed the 2014 Senior Showcase, which was directed by Steve Scott. Other assistant directing credits include: RAPTURE BLISTER BURN (Goodman dir. Kimberly Senior), INANA (TimeLine dir. Kimberly Senior), FOUR (Jackalope dir. Nate Silver), STRANDLINE (A Red Orchid dir. JR Sullivan). Ian Michael James
Associate Artistic Director & Resident Dramaturg
Ian is an actor, playwright, and dramaturg living and learning in Chicago. Ian graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a BA in Theater (Concentration - Acting) and a Minor in Playwriting. Ian is also an Ensemble Member and Resident Playwright at Mercy Street Theatre Company. Favorite credits include MERRY CHRISTMAS, MULCH PILE! (Tree), THE RISE AND FALL OF LITTLE VOICE (Dramaturg), ROTPETER (Dramaturg), BURN (Playwright), and STATURE OF GOD (Playwright), and HORNET, or THE KIDNAPPING OF MARTIN SHRKRELI BY THE TOTALLY JUSTIFIED AND NOT AT ALL CRAZY PERSON EVIE RYERSON. Emily Nikfar is a graduate of Columbia College Chicago and holds a BA in theater with a concentration in Acting. During her time at Columbia Emily discovered a love of Body Movement and physical exploration to develop work. This lead to performing with Double Edge Theatre in the world premiere of THE GRAND PARADE. Recently, Emily has worked with companies Nothing Without a Company and the LIVINGroom. Emily has worked with the LIVINGroom for the past year and a half and has been finding her own artistic voice through solo performance. This past summer Emily appeared in The Inconvenience’s FLY HONEY SHOW. Emily is very grateful for her opportunities and experiences in the Chicago theater world and is excited for many more.

Emilie received her degree in Theater from Columbia College Chicago. She has had the honor of working with such theater companies as Strawdog Theater, Circle Theater, and Lookingglass Theater, and is proudly represented by Shirley Hamilton Talent. Aside from acting, Emilie is heavily involved in the Chicago arts community. Whether she is performing, curating, promoting or supporting other artists, Emilie’s life revolves around connecting and learning from the artists around her. Emilie works out of The Dojo, a DIY space in Pilsen dedicated to providing safe, creative spaces for artists to experiment and grow. There is no defeat in The Dojo. Emilie also serves as the Associate Producer of WBEZ’s fiction podcast, PleasureTown. Liz Scheiner is a photographer based out of Chicago, IL. She is a recent graduate of Columbia College Chicago and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Photography.
Her goal is to work in the fashion industry and travel as much as she can.
